FAQs
Does Lymphatic Drainage Hurt?
Lymphatic Drainage should never hurt. Too much pressure on lymph nodes and vessels can work against the principles of drainage. Proper lymphatic therapy requires specialized training — the system is full of delicate nodes, vessels, and watershed pathways that must be gently and skillfully worked with to achieve effective drainage
How Best To Prepare For My Session?
Wear easy-to-remove clothing and underwear; disposable G-strings are available for women if preferred.
It’s best to avoid eating 1–2 hours before your session, especially if we are working into the abdominal lymphatics.
Use the bathroom beforehand; you’ll also have opportunities prior to the bodywork.
Stay well-hydrated in the hours leading up to treatment and avoid excessive alcohol the night before.
What Might I Feel Post Session?
Experiences vary depending on factors such as hydration, circulating toxins and hormones, stagnation, and medications.
You may notice:
Increased urination or elimination
Mild detox symptoms (flu-like feelings, light fatigue)
Most clients report feeling relaxed, lighter, and sleeping better
Hydration, warmth, and rest help ease any mild detox reactions.
What Is A Rejuvanest Detox?
The Rejuvanest Detox Capsule is an innovative device designed to address lymphatic stagnation. Cold, stagnant lymph is gently mobilized through oscillation therapy, opening nodes and boosting microcirculation.
The capsule also functions as an infrared sauna, warming the body and promoting vasodilation and toxin elimination — while keeping your head cool to maintain low cortisol levels. Additional technologies like PEMF, Cellular Resonance, and Negative Ions further optimise detoxification, reduce inflammation, and support fluid dynamics.
The Rejuvanest can be used as a standalone treatment or integrated into our body therapies when suited to the client. Introductory sessions are available for $29
Is Nanoboosting The Same As Skin Needling?
No — NanoNeedling and Skin Needling (Microneedling) are different treatments, though both aim to rejuvenate the skin.
Skin Needling (Microneedling):
Uses fine needles (0.5–2.5 mm) to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin.
Stimulates collagen and elastin production.
Treats scarring, deeper wrinkles, stretch marks, and uneven texture.
Typically involves some downtime (redness, flaking).
NanoNeedling (NanoBoosting):
Uses silicone-tipped nano cones (~0.15 mm), which don’t penetrate the dermis.
Enhances product infusion and cellular communication without creating wounds.
Painless, no downtime, leaves skin hydrated, plump, and glowing.
Ideal for fine lines, dullness, and dehydration, or as maintenance between more intensive facials.
